To Define the Synchronization Settings

Select the Settings option from the Tools > PlantSight ribbon. The Synchronization Settings dialog opens.

Define the Synchronization Direction or enable the Always Ask option (this will prompt you for the direction each time you attempt synchronize you changes.)

Optional: Enable the Use Differencing Dialog option if you want to review the changes before synchronizing them.

Optional: Enable the Synchronize On File Open/Close options if you want to synchronize the settings whenever you open or close a drawing.

Optional: When synchronizing the drawing upon open, determine the sync direction from the Direction On File Open section.

Note: These options only are available when the Synchronize On File Open option is selected.

Click Apply to save the settings and close the dialog.
